Fixderma Epifager Cream is a non-steroidal formulation that works on pigmentation, age spots, post-acne spots, and uneven skin tone. It is totally safe to use for long-term use. The results are permanent and not reversible. It protects the skin cells from free radical damage. Melasma is caused by the malfunction of the melanocytes (the colour-making cells) in the skin, causing them to produce too much colour. As a result, the higher the production rate, the higher the skin melanin content, and the darker the skin tone. Fixderma Epifager Cream inhibits the activity of melanocyte stimulating hormones (MSH) whose function is to stimulate skin cells to produce melanin, which is the pigment responsible for skin colour. It also increases the elasticity and suppleness of the skin. It has OMC, which blocks UV-B rays, prevents photodamage, photo-ageing, de-tan skin and acts as a skin protector to skin. It also helps the skin better absorb other ingredients. It is suitable for sensitive and acne-prone skin. It has vitamin E, which moisturises the skin cells and allows the skin to retain moisture. It maintains the skin’s overall vitality. It provides a soothing effect on the skin and is hence suitable for irritated skin as well.
