WishCare extra virgin coconut oil is extracted from fresh matured coconut milk using centrifuge and cold pressed method. Cold-pressed which means the process uses absolutely no heat at any stage (classed as raw food) to retain the virginity, natural aroma, vital nutrients and composition of this coconut oil. The oil is produced from the milk of freshly shredded and first-pressed coconut meat of hand selected mature coconuts. A natural replacement for all processed oils and butter, it is rich in healthy medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs) that may have a positive impact on overall well-being if consumed in the appropriate quantities. Lauric acid is one of the most abundant fatty acids found in virgin coconut oil and it is more easily converted to energy by the liver when compared to other long-chain fatty acids (LCFA). There are also other beneficial MCFA’s present in this extra virgin coconut oil such as caprylic acid, capric acid, palmitic acid and linoleic acid.
